free-web-mcp
Web search and page reading for AI agents, with zero API credits.
Web search for agents is usually metered per call, which quietly decides whether an agent can browse at all. This server gives it the web for free: r.jina.ai renders any page into clean markdown, and Wikipedia, Hacker News and GitHub cover the rest.

How it works
The stdio server speaks MCP; the HTTP server exposes the same operations as JSON.
A paid instance answers 402 with the x402 terms and verifies the EIP-3009 signature before serving.
Results from the web are untrusted data, never instructions.
